Bryan Easley, PhD

As an experienced organizational/educational leader and consultant, Dr. Easley help leaders, teams, and organizations flourish by identifying who they are, why things work they way they do, and where improvements can be made that lead to a healthier, stronger organization.

He brings 20 years of experience in higher educational leadership and administration, organizational development, working with non-profit organizations, and small business entrepreneurship. He has formal education in media communications, religion & philosophy, and organizational leadership and development. In addition to his experience in higher education, his educational background in the liberal arts and divinity coupled with interdisciplinary doctoral studies in leadership makes him uniquely situated to tap into the underlying human element of purpose, mission, and values that are the engine of any organization.



I am husband to Leslie & father of 5 terrific kids. I am currently the Director of Special Services at Rejoice Christian Schools where I lead a team developing strategies and resources for a wide range of students with learning and special needs. I am also an adjunct professor in leadership studies. I have a B.A. in Media Communications from Asbury University, a Masters of Divinity from Wesley Biblical Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. I previously served as the Dean of Online Learning for Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Vice-President for Leadership Development at World Renewal International, President of Emmaus Biblical Seminary in Haiti, and Associate Director for Distance Learning at Wesley Biblical Seminary. I have also been a small business entrepreneur as well as a served in various roles in church planting and pastoral ministry.
